New Construction of 21 state of the art Operating Rooms. This is a super clean construction floor; maintaining a minimum of 22 air changes per hour and a triple redundancy emergency back up power system in addition to normal critical care systems. Each operating room within the facility calls for the constant supply of 9 medical gasses to each.

The floor also includes the new construction of a Post Anesthesia Care Unit and two HDR lead rooms for robotic High Density Radiation treatments for severe cancer patients as well as Brain Lab neuro-units.

A separate maintenance floor includes the mechanical room that controlls all aspects of the systems running on 6th floor.
